Cold Brew is consistently the fastest growing sect of the coffee industry over the last decade, from bottled to ready-to-drink and even in cafes. Long gone are the days of iced coffee being an afterthought, made with leftover drip from the previous day, coffee companies like us now spend substantial time, energy, and resources into creating flavorful and diverse cold coffee options.
There’s a lot of coffees that create FUNKY flavors without the introduction of hot water in the brewing process, and not in a good way. That’s why we’ve committed to one single blend for our cold brew that we suggest, using two naturally processed coffee emphasizing body and fruity flavors.
Carefully selected, blended, tested, re-tested, and put to the test in our own cafes over the last 4 years, these two coffees make for a chocolatey, jammy, sweet, and most importantly STRONG cold brew coffee. We suggest “hot blooming” your cold brew with 25% of your total water for 15 minutes, then adding the remaining water and let sit at room temp for 10 hours before enjoying.
