Description
Daybreak – Medium Roast – O.C.I.A. Organic Certified – Honey, Brown Sugar, Wheat Toast
When we set out to develop Daybreak, we had one goal in mind: To create an undeniably delicious coffee. We’re all about designing coffees that anyone can come to love, and Daybreak is a manifestation of our core value.
At the break of dawn, you need something you can depend on. Something to take your day to the next level, every day. This coffee is consistent, reliable, and most of all, great tasting.
Right now, Daybreak comes to us from the Pacavita Region of Honduras, an area long known for its high-quality coffee production. As of now, they’re the third largest producer of washed Arabica coffee of any country in the world. The coffee comes from the Reserva Pacavita community of farmers, who practice shade-grown techniques and organic farming practices.
Respect is one of our core values, and in order to maintain that value we’ve chosen to partner with the Genuine Origin Coffee Project to source our coffee. Genuine Origin integrates into communities in coffee producing countries, and creates projects and partnerships that are uniquely beneficial to each community. It’s a truly holistic, long term approach in protecting and sustaining the livelihood of the farmers at origin. And that’s real respect.
